Comparably, this has now been viewed by more Americans than any event in U.S. television history. Here is the revised listing of top five most-watched events (all Olympics) in the history of television.

Mediaweek.com - Once again, it was all about the Olympics, with the 2008 Games from Beijing leading NBC to an advantage over the five competing networks combined (including MyNetworkTV) of 75 percent in households, 14.76 million viewers, 113 percent in adults 18-49, 110 percent in adults 25-54 and 119 percent among adults 18-34. Comparably, and according to NBC, this is now the fourth most-watched event in U.S. television history behind the games from Atlanta in 1996, Lillehammer in 1994 and Athens in 2004.

TiVo tying up with Entertainment Weekly: report (Reuters)
Reuters - Digital video recorder maker TiVo Inc is set to enter into an agreement with Time Warner's Entertainment Weekly that will allow its users to automatically record shows suggested by the magazine's staff, the Wall Street Journal said.
